This is not an optional responsibility; we check your professionalism using "mystery callers." We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; so work schedules involve Holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Treat all callers with courtesy, dignity, and a friendly attitude at all times and under all circumstances.
- Attendance & Punctuality
Always report to work when scheduled and on time. Call your co-workers before your scheduled shift to find coverage if needed. We expect employees to be at work 5 minutes before their scheduled shift.
- Personal Appearance
Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance at all times.
- Job Skills
Computer keyboard knowledge is essential; accuracy of work, with a minimum of 35 words per minute. Good communication skills along with basic common sense are expected and required.
